Crushers, mills, conveyors and drilling rigs
Jaw and cone crushers, ball and SAG mills, vibrating screens, conveyors, drilling rigs and full mineral processing lines — sourced from Chinese OEMs with the throughput, wear life and service support mining operators need.
Start your sourcing projectMining equipment sourcing — built for tonnes per hour
Mining machinery sourcing covers the heavy crushing, grinding, screening, conveying and drilling equipment that sits at a mine site or a mineral processing plant. The buyer is usually a mine operator, a project EPC, a contractor or an aggregate producer — and the requirement is always written in tonnes per hour, with hard expectations on uptime, wear life and total cost of ownership.
The variables that matter are throughput at the design feed size, reduction ratio, wear life on the wear parts, motor and drive specification, control system, dust suppression, and the spare parts pipeline. A crusher that hits 600 tph in a quiet test bed but only 450 tph on a real ore is a financial problem. A mill whose liner life is half the spec is an operating problem that nobody can fix from a thousand miles away.
Sourcing Captain places mining equipment orders with Chinese OEMs that already serve global mining operators. We translate the operator's ore profile and throughput target into a buildable spec, witness the FAT, and stage spare parts close to the site so the equipment is ready to run from day one.

Why mining equipment sourcing is a service-pipeline question
The most expensive failure in a mining equipment project is downtime at a remote site. A crusher that goes down for a wear part that lives in a Chinese warehouse for six weeks is a financial event. A mill that needs a relining and has no liner stock on site is an outage. A drilling rig with a hydraulic part on backorder is a stopped production face. Service is the entire game.
A sourcing partner who specifies the wear parts and consumables alongside the equipment, stages a starter spares kit on or near the site, and builds a service-level agreement with a destination support partner is what makes Chinese mining equipment work for global operators. The savings show up in the uptime number on the operator's monthly report.
Mining equipment FAQs
Which mining equipment categories do you cover?
Jaw, cone, gyratory and impact crushers; ball, SAG and rod mills; vibrating screens and feeders; belt, apron and screw conveyors; surface and underground drilling rigs; flotation and gravity separation; thickeners and filter presses; and full mineral processing lines.
Which Chinese OEMs do you work with?
Sany (mining), XCMG, SDLG, NHI, CITIC HIC, Metso-Outotec's Chinese partners and a number of specialist Chinese mineral processing OEMs. The OEM is part of the contract.
Can you handle full plant supply?
Yes — full crushing, grinding and concentrating circuits as a turnkey supply, with the OEM and the EPC roles defined explicitly in the contract.
How is FAT performance verified?
Test bed run on representative ore where possible, dynamic testing on motor and drive, hydrostatic testing on hydraulic systems, and a full check against the spec sheet. We send our QC engineer and we host third-party witnesses on request.
How are wear parts managed long-term?
A starter kit ships with the equipment. We then run a long-term spares plan based on the operator's monthly tonnage and the OEM's recommended replacement intervals. Spares can be stocked at the destination or at our China warehouse depending on logistics economics.
